They recognized the potential of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) but needed a clear perspective on how to leverage these technologies effectively. The challenge was to explore use cases across three key streams—customer experience, operations, and marketing/communications —to maximize ROI while promoting cultural and faith understanding on a global scale.

Conceptualized a new operating model working with industry experts and proposed KPIs and dashboard design. Integrated a theoretical success framework into the operating model, conducted benchmarking analyes and proposed key initiatives and implementation plan

Metaverse world design
A world-leading energy company sought to position itself as a technological front-runner by exploring transformative solutions in the metaverse . They aimed to develop a deeper understanding of various initiatives within the organization and provide stakeholders with an immersive experience to connect with these efforts. Additionally, they wanted to craft and share the story of the company’s history and its innovative initiatives to strengthen its global narrative. The challenge was to design and develop a metaverse initiative that would not only align with these goals but also secure inclusion in high-profile platforms like the World Economic Forum’s Global Collaboration Village at Davos , while resonating with senior leadership and stakeholders.
